Richard "Casey" Hoffman, CEO of Supportkids, Inc., receives two major awards
Hoffman is finalist, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, and winner, Middlebury College Alumni Association Achievement Award
(Austin, Texas) June 28, 2000 — Richard “Casey” Hoffman, founder and CEO of Supportkids, Inc., has recently received two prestigious awards. Hoffman was named a finalist in the emerging business category in Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year awards in Austin. In addition, Hoffman was honored with Middlebury College’s Alumni Association Achievement Award, an award given to only one former student of the prestigious school per year.

The Entrepreneur of the Year Awards were announced at a dinner in Austin on June 15, 2000. In addition to Ernst & Young, the awards were sponsored by USA Today, Nasdaq, CNN, Austin Business Journal, KXAN-TV 36, Austin Ventures and the Merrill Corporation.
Middlebury College (located in Middlebury, VT) announced its award at a ceremony in Middlebury on June 3, 2000.The award was given in recognition of Hoffman’s personal achievements and outstanding contributions he has made in the field of child support enforcement.
