Ken Luster

Mr. Luster has over 19 years experience in consumer debt collections. As Director of Operations for West Asset Management; he ran the St. Louis collection division. He has a solid background in operations, quality assurance, and leadership development in the receivables management industry. Mr. Luster has been responsible for developing training programs for all levels of employees in the consumer debt industry. He has considerable experience in increasing employee productivity through proven practices throughout his career. Mr. Luster received his bachelor of science from National – Louis University headquartered in Chicago Illinois, and holds a master of science with an emphasis in management from Fontbonne University in St. Louis Missouri.

Ken Luster is no stranger to the Supportkids’ mission; Ken was a custodial parent himself. Being a man and having custody of your kids is a unique situation. State child support agencies frequently assumed Ken was the non-custodial parent and there was no support from his ex-wife. “I was able to survive with the help of family, a good job, and eventually re-married.”

But not all custodial parents share the same story as Ken, and that’s what makes Supportkids unique. Because of Supportkids, thousands of families have the resources to live a good life.  “I feel it was my destiny to be a part of such a mission driven organization, I intend to use my 19 years expertise in consumer collections to increase the opportunities for custodial parents to improve the quality of their families lives.”
