Eric Rosenkoetter

Attorney Eric Rosenkoetter presided over more than 3,000 administrative child support proceedings as a hearing officer for the state of Missouri. Naturally, he was interested when he saw a commercial for Supportkids. “I was watching an episode of Lassie with my wife and children, and was intrigued by the concept of this company.”

Eric logged on to the Supportkids website to find out more. Within a few weeks, he had joined the Supportkids staff as Chief Compliance Officer and moved his family to Texas.

“Supportkids works for clients in every state of the U.S. My office is responsible for developing good working relationships with state agency offices and ensuring our licensing in states is correct. We also develop and maintain internal policies and procedures to meet federal and state regulations and to implement corporate goals. This helps us maximize client service,” he explains.

Eric was drawn to Supportkids because of its commitment to client service. “Clients come first at Supportkids,” he says. “We aspire to have every decision revolve around serving our clients and providing a superior product.”

A native of Burlington, Iowa, Eric has degrees from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri. He practiced law in St. Louis for nine years before joining the Missouri Department of Social Services as a child support administrative hearing officer. Eric also worked as regional managing attorney for the Missouri Division of Child Support Enforcement and as counsel to the Missouri State Senate prior to joining Supportkids. He and his wife have three children.
