Director - Call Center Operations
Supportkids, the nation’s largest private child support company, has an immediate career
opportunity for a Director of Call Center Operations. You will lead a team of 20-25
inbound/outbound telesales representatives and report to the VP of Sales & Marketing.
You also have the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives by being part of
a team that provides millions in child support every month to families across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all call center operations
- Develop and manage a $1.5M budget
- Optimize call center activities, identifying key performance drivers and
implementing programs to enhance overall team performance
- Develop and manage reporting metrics used to evaluate individual performance,
group/team performance, and results against goals
- Develop and manage staffing levels, performance standards, compensation plans,
and monthly incentive contests
Requirements:
- 5+ years in call center management, preferably with an emotional or hard to sell
consumer product or service.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in MS Office software applications, CRM and telecom applications, and SQL
experience a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of analyzing business processes and implementing change
to drive process and team improvement.
- Ability to motivate teams and team leaders and manage through change
- Bachelor’s degree required
Salary commensurate with experience
